Before your appointment at Ark Animal Hospital, we ask that you review our puppy/kitten wellness recommendations and details of our annual wellness plan. The most important thing we can do as your pet’s veterinarian, is help protect your pet from sickness and prevent expensive emergency visits. Our wellness plan has been modified, perfected, and updated as needed to keep pets in the best health possible.
If you have medical records from a previous clinic, please send them before your appointment so we can prepare your pet’s medical history. You can have the previous establishment send records to our email: arkstaff@arkvetofliberty.com or FAX to 816.781.1515.

Some pets can feel a little nervous coming in. Bringing their favorite treat or toy can help them stay calm and motivated. You’re also welcome to bring another pet along for moral support if that helps your companion feel more comfortable.
